Terms of Service

These terms are between you and ( “we”, “us”), who operate ImagineImg at https://your-domain.com. By creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Keep your password to yourself and your email address current. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@your-domain.com if you think someone else has access to it.

One person, one account. Do not create accounts in bulk, or to obtain additional free credits.

Generating an image costs one credit. New accounts receive 20 free credits.

• Credits are a licence to use the service. They are not money, not a deposit, and have no cash value.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• If a generation fails, the credit is returned to you automatically. You are never charged for an error on our side or on a provider’s.
• A credit is spent on a completed generation, whether or not you like the result. AI output varies; an image you did not want is not a failed generation.

When and how credits may be refunded is set out in our Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you provide. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to send your content to our AI providers, generate an image from it, and store that image in your gallery. We do not use your content to train any model of our own.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload — in particular, that you have the consent of anyone appearing in a photo.

As between you and us, generated images are yours, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Two honest caveats:

• The models are run by third parties, and their terms apply to the output too. Check the provider’s terms before relying on an image commercially.
• AI output may not be copyrightable in some countries, and similar prompts can produce similar images for different users. We cannot promise your image is unique or that you can register rights in it.

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed. In short: nothing illegal, nothing that impersonates or sexualises a real person, nothing involving children, and no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Breaking those rules can cost you your account without refund, and we may report serious cases to the authorities.

We may add, change or remove features, including styles and models. We depend on third-party AI providers, so availability, quality, speed and model behaviour are outside our control and may change without notice.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular image will be produced.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@your-domain.com. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed, except where our Refund Policy says otherwise.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You are responsible for how you use the images you generate, and you agree to cover us for claims arising from your content or your use of the service in breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you by email before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
